So I stabbed myself with a kitchen knife last week. it hurts less than you might think, to get stabbed. 5 stitches, so I am out the water until Thursday at best. A rest week every now and a then has been discussed, perhaps a good thing. I will try to be more on top of blogging, sorry and thanks, if you were paying attention.
